Once we approve your integration request, the overall integration progresses in 4 stages:
Intro / Analysis
- Provide you access to the Sandbox environment with necessary account and API credentials
- Organise a call for a high level technical walk through as well as team introduction
- Understand integration scope
- Create a Slack channel with our integration team and invite your developers for any technical Q&A
Timelines: 2-3 days
Development
- Development commences
- IHD provides integration technical support
- IHD validates integration progress
Timelines: 2-4 weeks depending on integration scope
Testing / Certification
- Review workflows / API usage
- End to end demo
- Issue production account / API keys

Go Live
- Launch date
- Live account setup and testing
